We offer our clients the ability to export their data independently for the entire duration of the contract.
Throughout the duration of the contract, we assist you in exporting your data to Excel format, including all associated attachments (documents, contracts, etc.).
At the end of the contract, we systematically provide you with a copy of your data in Excel format.
We proceed with data deletion within 2 months after sending the data copy, in accordance with HIPA. A confirmation report documenting the data deletion is provided.
