Quebecor is a leading Canadian telecommunications and media company based in Montreal, Quebec, and one of our North American clients at Septeo Legal Suite. Founded in 1965 by Pierre Péladeau, Quebecor has grown into a major integrated communications company, operating in various sectors such as broadcasting, publishing, internet services, and cable television.
Quebecor publishes a wide range of books, magazines, and print media, including popular titles and renowned authors. The company is also active in entertainment, producing and distributing music, films, and events for diverse audiences. Quebecor owns Videotron, one of the largest providers of cable television, internet, and mobile phone services in Quebec.
Quebecor is a large organization employing over 10,000 people across its various divisions and subsidiaries.However, its legal department comprises about 20 in-house lawyers in addition to a few paralegals and assistants.
