Septeo announces the acquisition of Adresio, a French provider of management software for student accommodation operators. Together, Adresio and Resalys are now used to manage more than 150 residences and 30,000 student accommodation units across France and Europe. The acquisition strengthens Septeo Hospitality’s position in the European market by combining Adresio’s expertise in medium- and long-term stays with Resalys’ international, multi-property capabilities.
Adresio’s clients will continue to benefit from uninterrupted service, close customer support and the industry expertise of its teams. They will also gradually gain access to the technology and complementary solutions available across the Septeo Hospitality ecosystem, particularly in payments, business intelligence, automation, customer relationship management and artificial intelligence.
ADRESIO AND RESALYS: TWO COMPLEMENTARY AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Adresio brings extensive expertise in the administrative, rental management, accounting and regulatory processes specific to medium- and long-term stays.
Resalys is a central reservation and property management system (CRS-PMS) designed for student accommodation groups and multi-property operators. Its capabilities include centralised inventory and reservation management, multi-brand and multi-country operations, sales, distribution and consolidated performance management.
The acquisition brings together expertise covering the main student accommodation management processes, including property marketing, applications and admissions, stay administration, payment collection and invoicing, maintenance, resident relations, reporting and multi-property management.
